The finals were just as terrible from a spectator points of view as it was excellent for Parting.

Please tell me how you expect him to act. How about not completely ridiculous? Did he say at some point that him and Artosis are telling it "how it is"? If a game is boring they'll tell you etc.? Now mind you, I do appreciate an appropriate hype level for finals like these, almost no matter how bad the games are. But when he suddenly started screaming like, to put it lightly, a madman when he thought "oh the game's about to end". Well, my god. That may have been the most faked enthusiasm I've ever witnessed in my life.

Blizzard really desperate to make this seem more important than it really is (apart from the money, which is undoubtedly a big thing)

Compare the many tournaments where Stephano has made bank to an MLG... prize money isn't equitable in eSports (at all). That said, this tournament had more barriers to entry (all the qualifiers, limited korean representatives) and demanded more consistency than almost any other. What more do you want?

Great event, thanks Blizzard for organising something of this magnitude despite its flaws it has been really well done overall. I hope things will only go up from here.
