Doesn't hot have a feature that lets you play directly with people on your own subnet? or is it just letting you know they are there but not actually establishing the connection directly?

They announced a while ago that they would use a LAN client for this tournament. I believe they also said other tournament organizers are allowed to use it for a price, but I may be delusional.
