I think people overrated his PvP when he beat MC. Definitely agreed. MC is also not known for his sick PvP as he states himself. During the era of MC's GSL titles he was known very much so for his PvP. Was almost the same standing as Nestea ZvZ, except he lost ocassionally. Nowdays yeah =S that was because of his micro he won most of the 4g vs 4g matches ![]()

It's almost like he made a deal with the devil, he no longer loses to 11/11 but he can't play a PvP worth jack anymore :p

Happy to see that the elephants are going to make an invasion in Code S, not just because I'm a Kespa fan but I think this'll force the eSF players to up their game raising the level of competition in Korea. Foreigners better watch out because once practice gets even more serious in KR, they're gonna have to change their somewhat relaxed approach to the game.

He actually just has the best macro PvP in the world right now. I hope he says it's all skill soon so other protoss can beat him again.

To put it, I think it's just about choosing smart build orders based on the maps (hence lowering the chances of losing the coin flip). Rain just picks the right builds per map and once the game goes late, the Kespa pros' fundamentals have been shining.

And before that he lost to Creator in WCS Korea, herO[join] in PL then beat Parting in OSL, HerO in GSL. and then his run at WCS Asia.
