I only caught game 3, on Whirlwind, but they both went for economic openings. MMA sent out a push but it got almost overwhelmed by ling/roach and he had to lift up, and he left himself totally vulnerable at home to a counter attack. He leaves his depot wall down, doesn't have siege mode (classic MMA), and holds on by pulling scvs. Then he just gradually beats Ragnarok with some good drops and the fact that marine/tank owns roach ling. Ragnarok forgets pathogen glands and MMA builds up an army and pushes in... Ragnarok can't beat it with what he has (no fungal, no banelings). | ||
