You can rate somebody that hasn't played that long but you can't "overrate" someone who hasn't played that long.

My response was for the guy you initially quoted and responded to. But, I will go ahead and answer your questions anyway. The point is that you can't say somebody is "overrated" if they haven't even been playing that long. To answer your last question, you can't overrated him at this point because of his lack of experience. He's been playing this game "full time" for about what...2 months now?

i dont know how long, whats your point? who am i comparing him to? how are you able to tell if hes overrated at this point?
how exactly did you make that equation?
no, upsets never prove overration. someone being worse than you rate them as makes them overrated for you.

And how long has flash played this game full time vs everybody your comparing him to? Domination comes with experience and a lot of practice. Something flash has a lack thereof vs who your comparing him to. So, he's not overrated at this point.

just out of curiosity why do people call Flash losing surprising or unexpected?
I don't see how there could have been any favourite in this match up. Flash's SC2 record has been ok at best so far.

Because he is Flash and this is the SC2 community. Which means that he was destined to be overrated.

One loss to a player that he "shouldn't" have lost to is an upset. Multiple upsets are what lead to a player being titled overrated.

You can rate somebody that hasn't played that long but you can't "overrate" someone who hasn't played that long.
That doesn't even make sense. As long as you can rate someone, then they can be overrated.
