I remember the zerg that people had in mind to be the next big thing were Life, Line, Annyeong, Symbol, Sniper or Monster. My point is that it's not because you only heard about a player after his big breakout in a foreign tournament that the player was a nobody before that. Life's reputation as a potential great zerg comes back to mid/late 2011, and Symbol was definitely not a walkover in ESV and KSL. | ||

I'm sure the IronSquid will be good no matter what. Last one was clearly one step ahead of all other tournaments in terms of casting and enthousiasm. My point was that a lot of foreigners, foreigner organizations, in fact pretty much everyone, were very critical of Kespa monopol on Brood War players back in the BW days. A lot of people asserted that foreigners would never accept such a system and so on. But still, at the second MLG got the opportunity to have a monopol, they choose to have it. | ||
