Although his 2 all kills certainly shows he is capable. But he just seems to have a mental block/bad luck in the prelim finals... I just meant that everyone on their team has accomplished something this year ( even if it's just getting into code A) not that the whole team was either in code S or A atm. All in all the team's various members even including Fenix are doing well this year. YongHwa makes my heart hurt for every time he gets to a code a qualifier finals and dies ![]()

Because all forgg does is 1-1-1 against every race and doesn't know how to play on 3 base or more because he wins all his games on 2 base or he GGs before going on 3 base for long. His ladder play is exactly like his tournament play as shown over and over. His series against taeja showed how inexperienced he is on 3 bases or more. He could have saved his third and continue to turtle on 3 base as he had the superior army compared to taeja in game 5. Instead he chooses to sac it and go all in. He just doesn't practice anything besides 1-1-1 and 2 base play. Forgg's peak was his gsl debut where he looked great. It's been downhill ever since.

Only see Startale stopping them these days.

I understand the Mastodon in the Room point of view concerning First. However, that would only be true of contemporaries of Boxer, Nada and possibly July. The mastodon pre-dates the elephant; the elephants of course are the KeSPA pros. So the analogy holds up in the sense that the mastodon, in this case First, pre-dates the elephants in SC2. However, mastodons also pre-dates elephants as such, so for First to be a true mastodon he would have to have been around for longer in general than the KeSPhAnts. I am not sure that we can find a conclusive, historically accurate representation within the pachydermata for the phenomenon of what we are trying to portray here. Perhaps the mammoth would be better, as it still exists in potentia (thus allowing the analogy to be used more freely if not exactly accurately) and would qualify as being older than the elephant. I am however not convinced that the elephantidea family will be sufficient for categorizing the phenomenons observed in the professional StarCraft scene. Perhaps another genus should be investigated to see if it can bear better fruits?

I bet First has been working on his 1-1-1 defense ever since code A
