There are many Koreans that can make a claim for the 'best' title so unless you send like 20-25 of them, one could make that arguement that the best Koreans weren't sent. But I think that is sort of true for European as well. You only really have Stephano as the obvious standout. But having players like Thorzain, Naniwa, Mana etc not make you, you could argue Euro won't be sending their best as well. Just to a lesser degree. Having said that, I think we will likely see Creator, Seed, Squirtle, Rain + other Koreans. And if you can get through them to win WCS Global, then I think you could say you took down some of the best Koreans.

Lucifron has been pretty consistent if you haven't been looking. He won The Gathering (EU tournament) out of nowhere, and it had some of the best EU players there, it was on the same weekened as an MLG Arena I believe, so didn't get a lot of attention. He later won a SCAN Invitiational, crushing all the other competition, including a 4-0 of Thorzain He also dominated WCS Spain, not dropping a single game. And now look at WCS Europe, he dominated in all his games so far and only lost a VERY close series to Stephano. I'm not saying his #1 terran in the world, and I always hate it when people spout out #1 of anything.

With the amount of investment they put into class at this time, I wouldn't be surprised if they never commit to another team until they are at least finished with uni
