And it was quite a long period of time to be honest. I will not contest that. Furthermore, he was a really good player. But because more than half of the people that he beat in the championships he won were not even Code S material to begin with, even for early 2011 standards, people made him out to be a lot better than he really was. That's all I'm saying. He was a great player back then, but he looked a lot better than he really was because the people he played were in Code S not due to their skill but due to a faulty system. And some of them were actually so bad that they dropped out entirely even before said system was changed. I know it's not a classy argument to make but it's true. But if you're honest to yourself, you realize that NesTea's reign was definitively over more than a year ago.

He was still the best player in the world at the time.
