I would love to see Jjakji do well, simply due to the opportunity gap. Liquid will get to send Taeja all over the world, but NSHoseo sadly cannot do the same for Jjakji, and it would be nice to see him qualify for some expenses-paid international trips.

i agree, i sort of feel sorry for jjkaji and NSH overall. they seem one of the less-funded GOM teams atm

They also lost Sting (probably their second-best terran), Sage (their captain), and Freaky (their up-and-coming Zerg). It's looking Zenex-y.
I've been really struggling trying to watch anything on GOMTV... I click watch live and nothing is happening. This VLC thing explains nothing on how to use it. Where the hell is the valid VLC link?? How do I watch on GOMTV? I used to be able to watch but now, whenever i click play, it does absolutely nothing!!

You click on live and then after you click on that big green square button that says HQ Live Free. If you have GOM player installed, it should pop out.

If Polt, Taeja, and MKP all lose here it will look to me as intentionally losing so they can attend the IPL instead and im not very comfortable with this sort of action.

If they're not gonna try they should have forfeited ya, but it didn't look like Taeja was trying to lose in that game at all.

They can just forfeit WCG, duh. No need to drop games. ._.

I guess I just expect Jjakji to lose in a tvt vs someone as good as Taeja. Could just be Taeja deciding to put on good games for fans. I don't know, he could come back to win the series and my concerns become nothing.

jjakji is underrated tvt and taeja tvt is overrated, so it's not so much of a surprise
Wow I'm up early and thus decided to look at the streams available and... There is a MKP bo3 available :D. I don't know anything about his opponent tho, is paralyze a kespa player or just a GM amateur?

Thanks. Damn I saw ThorZaIN online, didn't notice it was an HoTS stream . I guess I'll watch Jjakji vs TaeJa waiting for the MKP games. Gogo Jjakji, your GSL win wasn't a fluke!

My favorite method. :D
Alternatively the "I want to flip this egg, wait, almost there, fuck, the yolk broke, okay, MASH MASH MASH SCRAMBLED EGGS IT IS."

i thought it was at least a decent try for paralyze. If paralyze maybe had a minute more he could have saturated his 3rd/kept it, and could afford tech + upgrades which he got behind on severely.

But Paralyze only lasted as long as he did because MK didn't check the third for ages.

don't see how it was a BO disadvantage with a 1 gate expand vs CC first to paralyze going fast 3rd, but didn't have enough time to make it work out.
paralyze was banking on MKP spending more time in his base, and it didn't really turn out that way.
The unscouted third gave Paralyze an advantage. He probably thought that MKP would 3rax before gas but MKP decided to gas before his third rax, allowing for a faster medivac/stim/+1 timing. Had MKP microed not well enough he would have been overrun this is why I say bo disadvantage.

MKP got third rax same time as double gas. Toss just wasnt ready for a standard medivac timing with that third.

shame he had a bad day in U&D's, I still firmly believe he can contend in Code S.
Yes, the GSL is very competitive. I mean look at Creator, won WCS but still lost in U&D. There are 50-60 players that can all win series vs each other depending on their condition/luck. And with Kespa, the number will probably increase to about 100...

It's just that the game is still incredibly volatile
