both of them just played ridiculously good, i almost never see such perfect games

I've been thinking NesTea should just go to coaching now... he's behind the skill curve now and wont catch up Nestea got top 8 in the last GSL... I'm a huge NesTea fanboy, but he hasnt really done shit in the last year except come 2nd in Blizzcon GSL round of 8 is not exactly a big deal for a 3 time champion. Ro8 is still better than what 24 other players could achieve.
Agreed. That is like saying Flash was in decline in BW because he lost in PL and ONLY got to the semis in OSL (Not a big deal for a 3 time OSL and MSL winner).

Uhh he also got 3rd at IPL4 (where in overall record he was tied with both the finalists) and 3rd at Iron Squid. Yes all these things are disappointing to the standard that Nestea set last year but to say he is falling behind the skill curve is idiotic. He is still without a doubt a top 20 player in the world and a top 5 zerg. A top 5 zerg that can't even break out of IEM open bracket. I'd say Leenock, Stephano, DRG, Symbol and Violet are better
top 5 zerg should be leenock, nestea, symbol, stephano, DRG

from what I seen of nestea, he has beat that build twice..rushing mutas and one with fungals.

Nestea and Mvp set standard too high for themself.

theorycrafting but i'd say stay 2 base and force them to drop forcefields with lings. like has lings on 3 control groups, hit from 3 sides. sentry energy is all that matters

He got out of the open bracket. He lost in group stages. He only lost to MVP and Kas in that tournament. Losing to Kas obviously is a poor result but upsets aren't that uncommon and MVP won the tournament.

GSL now using (almost) standard daybreak?? Bet we won't hear from the people who claimed Blizzard 'ruined' the map by doing the same thing...

Except NesTea doesn't make every semi-final and final... good wun

the reason ppl say nestea is in a slump, becuz he is no where NEAR as dominant, losing in the open bracket of IEM, losing terribly to Fantasy which had fairly meh macro compared to other top terrans, losing terribly 3-0 in the quarterfinals.

That's just silly staying 2 base vs a 2base protoss is suicide if you don't do allinish stuff like Suhosin.

Mvp is a winner, he just wins when he shouldn't
I'm not sure nestea is the same way, he won back to back gsl in his prime by owning everybody and barely won open season 2 vs mkp.
