people tend to start leaving once all foreigners are out[/QUOTE]
Why is that though, do people not watch GSL anymore because theres only Koreans?

Nothing is suprising, as at IEM foreigners were knocking down Koreans left and right. We even had a foreigner vs Korean final, with the zerg powerhouse Nerchio and fan-favorite MVP...
What's left here?
Teaja, that's OK, he's #1 terran in the world right now - but I don't think that he's the most exciting terran. It looks like he's going down anyway, as TvP still has it's issues. First - some random toss... TheSTC - some random terran... Leenock - well, it's nice to see him back, but there's just so much zerg anyway so who cares really.
The exciting part at IEM was that we were kind of accustomed to the idea of eu zergs winning most of eu tournaments. But taking down the Koreans was something else and at least it made some people angry and inclined to find out how far can they actually go

we haven't seen any pvz in a long time, was hoping to see a leenock/first final

What the hell was Taeja waiting for :-/ as soon as that planetary fell he needed to just go! His army was bigger, and he had no mining at all, still he waited and waiting without any income and got further and further behind...

Didn't LG-IM_First like totally destroy Liquid`Taeja in TSL 4 Round of 16?

First is getting more and more results...and he's already shown that he was capable of taking down Taeja(in TSL4).
|
This is how Taeja loses most of his TvP's, his economy gets gutted and he's forced into bad fights. Seed beat him the same way at IPL TAC on Atlantis.

Wow First is totally dominating,

They do, but the player pool in the last rounds of GSL vs the last rounds of this MLG is vastly different.

holy hell what... when taeja was in the center 200food right before his middle planetary got assaulted, i seriously think he could have 1-moved and won that fight but he somehow just let collossi kill all his scv's whaaaaat

If only that ass hole didn't knock out IdrA, First most likely wouldn't be here.
Sasquatch also beat MKP, which meant Stephano couldn't avoid a zvz.
Then he lost to Revival, meaning Stephano had to play Revival!
Sasquatch is ruining esports!

Perfect storm from First! One more game to go!

I much prefer group stage(s) into single elimination. Well in comparison to other MLG's they have plenty of time to play more games, lol. Usually it wouldn't be over for like 5 hours.
