yes ofc there were extended series before the champ bracket, but since we are talking the last pages about the semi matches, it does not matter what was before, it was reset.

-its an extended series- No. First can advance by either winning 2 of the first 3 games. If Taeja wins 2 or 3 of the 3 games, First still has a shot in BO7, which starts with Taeja's lead. Imagine it like this, If Taeja wins the first Bo3 then he sends First down to the "loser's bracket". In this case the Loser's bracket is just him facing Taeja again.
Oh well that might be the case, however, Day9 and the other guy were talking about that this go to extended series if Taeja wins BO3 first
