Those who think that Taeja hasn't really won anything of consequence despite the great hype aren't haters. They are realists.

Winning Assembly 2012 over guys like MC, IdrA, and HerO, and winning MLG Summer Arena against Alicia, First, Ganzi, and LosirA aren't anything of consequence?

no doubt he is amazing but you couldnt get me to say he was ever better than mvp or seed during those times

Considering he beat both MVP and Seed I'm not sure where your logic comes from

How about Seed being the most recent GSL champion

How about Creator being the best player since he just won WCS KR

Finally, a TaeJa game being streamed!

He hasn't been doing too good atm, so I tihnk thats why alot of his games wern't streamed earlier.

Nah its probably because EG payed MLG to stream a shit ton of useless Idra games instead of games that people would actually enjoy and like to watch >_>. Oh god damn it MLG you really have to put Taeja vs CranK on at the same time as WCS finals >_<

Lol, I was just contemplating this earlier. I wonder...

Believe it or not, Idra is what people want to see. They are catering to the mass audience.

Stephano's stream draws more people these days; it's fucking ridiculous that they're not streaming his games.

It wasn't about regular stream viewers. Idra's story was trending so MLG was trying to introduce some new blood to the scene I think by featuring him today, and maybe attract back some who used to watch and lost interest. You know, growing e-sports etc.
Streaming on twitch. http://www.twitch.tv/rahsun86

He's been much much better than Mvp.

mvp won gsl season 2 then the next tournament he went to he won, idk how u can say he is much much better than mvp

Oh, how he beat MVP in GSL? And it's not like Taeja hasn't won tournaments

So one series decides who's the better player? Come on. It's not the first time this happens. A player wins a couple of foreign torunaments and suddenly he's the best player in the world.

Ready for the "Taeja is slumping posts." I love SC2 where a slump can be 3-4 bad series!

During those times? Yes he was.

no real way to prove that

Mvp wasnt doing really well until his latest tournament win. Remember him at HSC?

yeah Mvp went into a slump after winning GSLs2 and just came back, Taeja was definitely playing better at the time. But that really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

He was in a slump all year until GSLs2 and then was in a slump after GSLs2 lol

It really doesn't matter, 99% of pros would kill to have the success Mvp has during his " slumps " the fact that he keeps coming back to win tournaments after people count him out is what is amazing.

I mean the guy has been winning GSL's since January 2011 and he's still winning premier tournaments as of a week ago.

Summer Championship event format

Check out the "Bracket Format" and "Seeding" sections. It's not the most fun read, but it has the whole process.

My favorite was when Mvp was slumping because he lost to Leenock during Leenock's golden age in only the ro4 of a gsl

All I'm saying is that Taeja was better than MVP for a period of time. You actually can't disagree with that
