His recent success has all been online and there is a huge difference from online to LAN. I never bought into the major hyped when people started saying he was a top foreigner when he had no LAN tournament results he was just someone who played in korea so everyone thought he was good because of this, I think the style he tries to play is a little beyond is skill tbh

You should never count online result as anything other then entertainment especially after the spades incident You realize lan doesn't exist in SC2, right?

Other thing is that he opted to make a composition that is not as cost-effective as mech in a map where is hard to hold a 4th (as a Terran too).

I never bought into the major hyped when people started saying he was a top foreigner when he had no LAN tournament results It's bound to happen to foreign terrans. The moment a foreign terran at the top looks sub-par (Thorzain?) the next best foreign terran must be one who doesn't have Offline Results, and hasn't played in many Offline.

It is interesting, because I maybe noticed one or two posts that you could count as whining... I guess people already accepted that Terran still got fair tournament chance in TvZ. It just takes really skilled player.
