This build is really cool from Vortix. I haven't seen that kind of 3rd base bust before

I was thinking the same thing. In fact, after checking the brackets, my thought wasn't "who's Vortix," it was "wow, Vortix is 0-2, he must not be playing to his level today."

He lost to MC and Supernova, I don't know what you consider Vortix level to be in general but I think he wasn't exactly favourite against those two. MC is on form lately and Supernova displayed some great games in last code S (beating MC notably). Let's see what he does against the others.

why is there like no moderation lately on all this stupid balance/design/general bitching, maybe all mods on summer vacation..

This, so much. Unbelievable thread. What's happened lately?

Talk about the players, talk about the matches, but post your thoughts about broodlords being OP and boring somewhere else. Please.

Every couple of months I make a thread in website feedback about moderation, generally in regards to strategy and LR's.
It seems to help for a while, but i'll tell you now. Half the mods who respond to my website feedback threads stay they stay away from LR's and let it become cesspools.
I am become death, for I am the destroyer of worlds.....You will be missed KT Violet!!!

thats a rough start for hasu. so bacily he is already out if he loses to vortix.

He was already out when he lost to Killer tbh. Killer and Real were his must win opponents in this group, if he wanted to advance, I don't see a single chance for him now.

Am I the only one who feels like those Baneling drops didn't actually do much?

It seems like the pure Roach numbers overwhelmed Hasu and if Vortix had used the gas for Banelings on more Roaches he would've won faster.

Such a brutal group for foreigners. I think vortix is the strongest foreigner in this, but still he is 0-2 (1-2 now).

too true. i feel there are so so few casters who actually inform themselves about the players in a tournament or just watch other games that they dont cast.

Outside of TSL (an online tournament), what else has he been a part of?

IPL TAC 3: allkill of Team Empire (and other matches)
IPL Fight Club: 3-5 vs Squirtle
Offline he had a decent showing at The Gathering.

I really like how they try covering multiple matches on one stream. Leads to less downtime.

It's easy to just say that casters should inform themselves and watch other players' games, but can you just sit there and say that they have the time for that? Several players and commentators alike have talked about how little time you actually have during these weekends (or just in general).
