Yes they all have the potential to take a series off eachother and it wouldn't be a huge surprise. I'm not sure Jjakji and aLive are in that class. I guess it just comes down to what series you manage to watch and personal preference

Best "vs Mech" would either go to Bomber or Polt, in my opinion. Leaning towards Bomber.
Best is pretty damn good at vsing mech, than again its the only thing the terrans do to him
