Mech is weaker in mid game, and it's still not sure if ppl figure out roach timings. But in late game it's way better than Bio for a few reasons: thor/hellion is really good against blord, hellions are really good to harass against an immobile army, and you've the double armory to transition in air upgrades + the positionnal advantage to get the sick eco for ravens and co.
Taeja going for the Mvp 12/14 <3

At the beginning of the game he said that infestors were a good choice on CK. So I think you miss-heard.

I wouldn't say it was over, but i seriously doubt would've won that game. Idra had no economy at all, but more importantly, he had no army. Had he defended that helion harass better i think Idra would've won that game easy, but he had some bad engagments and eventually didnt have the economy to catch back up.
Anyone who thinks Idra had a good chance to win that game is silly.

Good games from these two though.
The casters caught the zergling scouting the 2 bases Taeja had at the top. It was not a blind GG from Idra

Come on, SortOf, finish him!!!!

Can Hero come back in this game? That was a very sloppy attack by Sort of, i think the game could equalize.

I don't know how many it needs saying but you leave a game when he's in your base killing all your tech and you have zero chance to kill the force currently in your base no matter how badly he controls. You don't leave the game when you're behind or even way behind. Thanks for calling me a clown, but I know that I've been in a similiar situation multiple games (Just won a fight pretty closely, have a bit of army but not that much and none of it is too mobile and able to harrass, and know that the Terran has mules in at least 3 bases).
I've played them out, but the outcome is always going to be the same, it's just a hopeless situation. As I explained earlier, he was at 140 supply with 15+ corruptors and 70+ drones(but only 1 mining base), so his actual army vs the ground was very tiny and he knew he couldn't harm Taejas economy which was going to <win him the game.

Just wow, so many noname zergs owning right now on the tourneys

Was Taeja at an advantage? probably. However I have seen players win in far far worse situations then Idra was in, as per usual he GG's assuming human error doesn't exist and hes playing a robot which will have 0 errors till the end of the game...

I expected HuK to be eliminated in the first round. HuK is so 18 months ago long gone in the history books with people like Jinro.

Didn't catch that.
Regardless, you can't ever come from behind if when you fall behind you just leave.
