What? Usually Terrans would be 5-6 rax and teching hard to medivacs and you can skip over upgrades until then leaving you susceptible to DT's.
Fast upgrade openings have been fairly common in TvP before, a turret was there for safety, taeja knows he's ahead and if he crosses an all in out he just goes "What else can destroy my lead? DTs I'll make a turret to ensure that can't happen".
One nice thing taeja is doing is keeping up with viking upgrades, he can afford it and it'll make sure that if there's a sudden colossus tech switch he won't be caught too badly off guard.
