In a swimming race or athletics or whatever it's first to the finish line, or who jumps the highest or whatever. The point is you're measuring something objective like time or distance. "Sports" like diving or dressage or whatever which rely on probably corrupt judges holding up "8.5 7 2" or whatever are fucking stupid, and that's what I mean by sports that require judging.

Not sure, but I believe that after Salt lake city they have made great strives in improving the judging system. It's less "feelings" based and more points based I believe.

The most stupid thing of all has to be the walking race though, in which you're watched by a bunch of officials who decide whether you've accidentally lifted both your feet off the ground at once. If you do it three times you get disqualified. At some Olympics not too long ago a woman was really far ahead but was disqualified because 3 times in however many dozens of kilometers she happened to lift both feet off the ground when an official was watching. A sport that relies on resisting the urge to go faster to win is beyond retarded. It's like longjump where you get disqualified if you jump further than 7 metres, and the whole point is to get close as possible to 7m. The whole point of the Olympics (or so I imagined) is to push humans to their physical limits, not conform to arbitrary stupid rules in a fucking retarded walking race. God I'm still angry about that and I don't even care about the Olympics.

I would be a little upset (just slightly) if I were an FXO player, definitely would want a chance to play on this stage.

Pretty meh games since the first imo (my opinion, don't get all pissy over it like I know a lot of people would), games 2 and 3 the opponent played poorly and game 4 was just an timing that couldn't be defended no matter how hard Ryung micro'd.
