It's only stun. It's also relatively rarely in use in such situation, because it requires dark archon (the red archon on the gif) and has to be researched.

I think you missed the joke, maelstrom + storm = fungal.

He hasn't beaten sC yet, right? sC is amazingly good, when not stopped by health problems. May prove to be harder opponent than Bomber in this situation.
