Match Format All matches are Bo3. Bans are done using the ABAB system. The player on the left of the ESL matchsheet will ban a map first. Then his opponent will do the same. The same procedure will repeat until 3 maps are left. The player on the right of the ESL matchsheet will then pick the first map, then his opponent the second map. The remaining map will be the third map. Final match will be Bo5. With only one ban per player and picks on ABAB format. I checked just now. Was it different before? | ||

completely disagree, cluelessness of players should not be able to cause rule changes even if they were mutual mistakes. A Bo5 favours the better player compared to a Bo3, therefore it is not fair towards the weaker player at all if he gets a disadvantage just because nobody didn't know the rules. | ||

As the caster (Icicle) put it, everyone was under the impression that is was a Bo5 when they started, even the admin. Which is super super dumb, and it sucks extra for TLO as he reached "2" as first, Of course it should have been a Bo3, but it was started as a Bo5. That's the explanation why I think it is fairest, in this situation, to finish the Bo5. | ||
