Yonghwa pulled back a sec too early and then Nerchio capitalized. Still a great play, but not as amazing as it sounds. Why would he draw back at all? That makes no sense.
Because he obviously thought the hatchery was going down, and an overseer was just about to finish morphing. No reason to sac the DTs if you've done the job already.

It was awesome use of hold position micro. Legit part of the game. it's even in the starcraft masters map as protoss to defend your cannon vs lings. I'd hoped it'd be Ret. Grats to Nerchio, he played really well.
Actually I play Zerg.

If this keep up no Koreans gonna come to EU anymore hehe Except that sleep, golden and yonghwa aren't exactly what one would call the top of Korea yet they beat almost all of the foreigners there.
But MVP and MC are, and they most certainly did not beat all of the foreigners there.
No matter what you say, I think that EU players (the top ones) can definitely hang in Korea. I wouldn't say they're all automatically code S level, but I think a lot of EU players could make it into Code A if they made the attempt. I mean, TLO made it to the finals of code B, and while he has definitely been looking better lately, who would put him at the same skill level as Nerchio?

Thanks for the great show Take.
And thanks to the casters Mr Bitter and Rotterdam.
And thanks to all the great players.
And thanks to the whole production crew.
Can't wait for the next Homestory Cup.
Dont forget to follow @LiquidRet!

As far as koreans ago, only MVP was disappointing. MC destroyed everyone aside from Nerchio. Golden, Sleep, and Yongwha did pretty well considering they aren`t even code A.

Mr. Bitters looks pretty drunk..

Those trophies are fucking huge. Watch the roof, Nerchio.
