IM Coach was the guy who formed IM, operates the house where they train at and brought them so many sponsors (LG, Googims, Coke, Steelseries). He's made bad decisions in team leagues, but at the end of the day, it doesn't warrant a sacking.

You can hate on the IM coach for all you want, but there is a reason why IM has 7 GSL trophies(8 if you count Losira's Code A). Sure, he might make some silly decisions in GSTL, but calling him a bad coach is just flat-out wrong.
Sure IM has lots of talented players, but you still need a good coach to foster this talent. He has also achieved arguably the greatest sponsorship in Korean SC2 (The LG deal). He is a great coach.
I agree about his team-league decisions being terrible though. But as it is in SC2 right now, the GSL is the league with the most prestige.
