Parting's HT control has sort of revolutionised the play at high levels to the point where the radius nerf almost seems pointless. It would be nice if it was useful on more than 2 units, but of course don't have them as the only required counter to T3 zerg. Would have preferred a deduction to 'massive' as opposed to 'everything-minus-psionic'. It's useless to discuss potential buffs in a LR thread. We have to deal with what we got. If there's a terran buff I won't complain but for now I (we) have to play the game in its current state.

2-base Ghost timings are still useful and strong. Just not as useful and strong.

I am honestly surprised that players are actually not saying "wtfbbqfuku no buff for Terran L2P n00bs!"
Reverting the EMP radius was almost unheard of. But I do agree there's a lot more pressure to get those EMPs off rather than getting Storms off.
