Yeah, they totally shoulda beat this team that just 6-0ed Startale...
I root for Euro Zergs, NA Protoss* and Korean Terrans. (Any North American who has beat a Korean Pro as Protoss counts as NA Toss)

Still, everything went better than expected. GGs, props to Bly for making his team look dangerous (last time someone got three kills against Prime, there was a bit more praise), props to the Prime coach for making his team look eminently beatable.

Man acer sent out their ace to soon, should have kept him back so it was harder to snipe him. Still very impressive play from acer there, almost pulled the massive upset over a top gstl team.

I really don't remember you posting anything but negative posts. Seriously, going 4:5 vs Prime is pretty good for a time that many thought would just get rolled over.
Good job Acer for making it really close.

Last time somebody got 3 kills against Prime, it included MKP and Creator in pretty drawn out games.

Still, awesome job by Bly.

He did cheese two of them. Good for him to be able to achieve what he needed to do when his team really needed wins, but it's hard to praise that as an individual performance.

Bly made a really good job there. Nerchio also has done his task, winning ZvZ. Too bad Elfi didn't choose any other special tactic;p Anyway it was close only thanks to Bly so big grats. This is how you should play vs. koreans. Don't let them troll you, panish greedy builds, do mind games. Perfect play by Bly today. (or whenever it's been played)

He did cheese two of them. Good for him to be able what he needed to do when his team really needed wins, but it's hard to praise that as an individual performance.

He cheesed once. The other game, he saw CC 1st, and went for 2 base timing attack. Abolutly right decision.

Seems like Acer suffers from having ace players who are weak in certain matchups, they could do with a solid all-round player liek Creator

Is Blys a foreigner? I just assumed he was Korean since he produced results.

good god, prime Zergs were the ones looking god awful tonight. All three of them showed extreme sloppyness in their play. The got fooled by their opponents damn hard, really shameful! But what can you say? Creator is just the best. That's why I love this kid so much. He is such a great player, but you never see him freak out. There is no fooling around, no stupid greedyness, he just crushes faces. He should've sniped that tank with immortals, that was much too close to the cliff, before he started the big engagement, but that was one of the few minor mistakes he made. Good play from him, not really tested, but solid. The rest of the team can be thankful to have such a great guy!

It was a good decision and he totally faked MKP out with the sick cancel-rebuild, but it's a bit of a stretch to say it's not cheese. MKP played stupidly greedy with 3rd CC and no bunker and nearly held that.

You're right man, I tend to post negatively. This is probably a reflection of my world view to some degree. Thanks for the heads up, I'll try to be more positive in the future.

Well, for me cheese means early attack, that your opponent cannot build any units yet, and has nothing to defend, BUT only if he was going for standard build.
3 CC, with CC 1st, no wall and building addons not units - you can't cheese that, only punish.
You can also say that MKP was going for "eco cheese". He was the one that made something risky.

In my opinion the best players are doing all builds, just to confuse their opponent. This is how mvp won gsl, this is how mkp is wining, MC etc.
But well, I just love to watch cheesing, timing attacks and all kind of early aggression P

I'd much rather lose 6 games to MKP than 5 games to a foreign team. Also just because Startale is my little team in my corner doesn't mean I care much about their team league performance, its all about Squirtle for me.

Hit me up the next time a Prime player gets into the RO4 of Code S.
