disagree. Game 2 was super close, Illusion was way ahead after killing Stephanos 3rd but then slowly made a couple small mistakes and Stephano got back into it.

Stephano didn't lose that many drones so no he wasn't that far behind. Stephano is on a whole different level than Illusion, and pretty much showcased that in Game 2 despite not utilizing a 3rd base for quite a while. However, Stephano's upgrades and tech kept him in the game. Illusion made a ton more mistakes than Stephano, that's why he lost.

He's not hungover, that's an improvement for sure.

And he played without caring (as he says claims though) as he was top 3 at MLG and that was good enough for him.

Ganzi lost game one. Tried proxy 2 rax, it got scouted and violet held it off losing only 2 drones and his counter attack got into the main. EZ win after that

Up to the last match between them, violet never won against Stephano. Just to give you a head's up. Everybody thinks Stephano ZvZ is bad, and that's certainly true if you compare to his other match-ups but he is no slouch either.

Stephano is easily one of the best, if not the best ZvZ in Europe. I don't think it's right to call it his "weak" matchup.

Stephano's ultra style works for him but I do think he needs to switch it up and practice a few other styles, ie muta ling baneling and brood lord transitions. Illusion straight up hard countered Stephano. He still lost due to poor engagements, but against a better Terran Stephano is going to have trouble.

A ton of those mistakes was provoced by Stephanos play, though. The second best player in the world can suddenly look like he 'makes a lot of mistakes' when he find himself playing the daddy.

Relative to his others, I'd say that's a fair claim. Doesn't mean it is very weak though, just that it's not as good as his others which has been proven result wise afaik
