EDIT: clarification
I'm not talking about when gomtv staff pans the camera over the audience and then they hold up signs.
I'm talking about the fact that I got behind Wolf and Khaldor and flashed a sign during the live broadcast

For myself this group is pretty boring. I want MC in Code S but all the other ones...well, I go with Zenio cause it would be cool for TL! But sometimes when you think "meh" the best games take place! so who knows!

I'd expect most production companies would be pretty unhappy with people doing that.

As much as I love MC, I honestly think that he will not make it out today. His PvT has been on the decline recently. I know he did well at MLG but that was just a weekend really. MC is an excellent player but in the preparation leagues he suffered from being figured out. Yes he beat Polt, an excellent vP player, but Polt had that lack of TvP.

MC actually has looked good TvP at MLG/NASL. Depends on if he can carry it over. Up and Down matches a lot times aren't about skill. It's about who is the best at planning out four to five sets and what builds to use said strategies on.
I thought Line played super sloppy yesterday, but his roach/bane bust took down Jjakji/Polt and allowed him then to win the tiebreaker with another roach rush. The Up and Down matches are all about how good you are at predicting what your opponent might do and if you can execute a good enough strategy to take them down.
MC is one of the best at these timings and predicting his opponent, so he should be good in the Up and Downs.

MC with the warm shower group
I can only see him having problems with a decent Terran like Virus.
Should stomp over pretty much anyone here, but hey its Bo1, and favorites have already fallen this week.
Still going for MC and Virus.

Has been 1 Terran + 1 Zerg advancing each day so far, so expecting Zenio & Virus.

No pre-game show for Code A, so it was during the main broadcast but before the games started.

I think Seed and Virus are going to make it out of this one. Virus is underrated like nobody's business and Seed is just an all-round cool guy, so i hope he catches a break and shows his full potential.

Well considering you've been spot on lately about every Code S games (aside from the final) I will trust your judgment. :p but anyway, yes MC has astounding game sense but still, he's known to lose to lesser known, lesser skilled, lesser experienced players but beat those extremely good DRG/Mvp type opponents. Nobody in this group has ever shown top 8 type play. Virus usually pulls out good tricks. I haven't seen too much of Hack. I don't know too much about Tree. Zenio will be cake walk for MC. As for Seed I really don't know because PvP is random sometimes. Overall MC does have a good chance but with Virus playing like a champ and Hack playing well I guess, both being on the same team, there definitely is a possibility that MC will not make it into Code S.

Also, since I expect Khaldor to read this thread sometime before or during tonight's games, I can confirm for him Ryung/Polt was the longest game in GSL history.
Polt/Ryung was 1 hour 10 minutes, Maka/Dream was 55 minutes, and the third longest was Ensnare/Jinro at 50 minutes.

Ok let's have the two Protoss through today! Go Seed!

Lets hope it stays the longest, TvT is fun and all but these kinds of ultralate game TvT's where both players keep stumbling over one another because it is so tense is pretty bad to watch, to be honest.

Hoping for MC and I guess Zenio just because he's a TL player.
Predicting... God knows. MC has been really up and down lately, Virus is very underrated, Zenio is capable but not very consistent, Seed is a teamleague only beast and Hack and Tree are pretty much unknown quantities. I think almost anything could happen in this group. Virus is the player most likely to go through though IMO.
