The way July played against aLive and MKP, I'd probably say so. Not so much how he played tonight, though.

I'm starting to doubt my own knowledge of the game and players. I'm getting so many Liquibets wrong in round 24 that i'm losing faith in my favorite players.

LOL, he beat aLive whos a better overall Terran than Gumiho,

Good ole July is still pretty tricky, who occasionally has an ace up his sleeves.

If aLive were a competent Zerg and a Golden Mouse winner maybe I would think Gumiho is a better player. I still think gumiho's play is coin flippy. He uses unstable timings and unrefined drop play.

gumhios TvZ is really something else compared to alives unstable skill at the matchup, did you miss gumiho vs DRG last season?

GuMiho was also absolutely crushed by Curious in this season's Code S Ro32.

well Gumiho has Leenock, one of the best ZvTs to practice in the first place. But his other matchups arent really up on par with aLive.

It sucks being a fan of a player (MKP) with so many trolls that muck up the LR. Get over it MKP got outplayed in an amazing series of Starcraft. MKP played well and so did Yugioh just be happy you just watched great Starcraft, because it won't be there forever. Meanwhile cheer for MKP in the U&D thats what i will be doing!

Funny thing is that Curious's vs Terran is his worse match up. There's your reason as to why the games were close.

Well that was disappointing. MKP not making it, Byun taken out by STC, Bomber getting knocked out. July wasn't much of an upset, but I still wish he'd gotten through. Gumiho is definitely quite good though.

ah Korean SC2, so much variance (except for MVP)
