I think he will probably play in the BW series, so I don't think he will play SC2. Unless it goes to the ace match, but it's completely possible that he isn't the best at SC2 at the moment in his team.

I'm staying up for this shit, I expect epicness

Thanks to everyone taking time to explain how BW match ups work

Yeah, I'm definitely going to wager that most of the big names are still going to be playing BW. It's hard for them because their at the top of BW, which is being phased out, so the decision is whether to see BW through to the end, or transition to SC2 earlier to try to get an edge on the others. I feel that at least 2 of the top 10 ELOs might be playing SC2 though.
Either way 4 series in one night means there will be enough of each game to satisfy everyone.

can someone give me smth like a timeplan?

Once they play a game of BW though, they have to play SC2 the next time they are sent out.
It will be interesting to see who they have play BW against what teams. A lot seems like it will come down to the SC2 games

That's great and all, but I still wanna see him play Starcraft 2! The sooner the better! ^^

Some predictions: (hrs:mins) -SKT vs T8 will be one of the shorter matches (1:35) -CJ vs KT will probably be normal length (1:50) -Khan will crush ace in the shortest series of the night (1:15) -STX vs Woongjin will produce long games in both BW and SC2 (2:45 easily)

Nice to see Pokebunny and Sayle to take the initiative and cast this in English. Much appreciated, thank you.
So freaking hyped for tomorrow! It'll be awesome, bizarre and a little bit sad in away to see the BW players play SC2.

So it starts at 9 tonight? I'm definitely tuning into this.

Is this in the TL event list?

If they're on the OSL they'll probably be focusing just on BW right now so you probably won't see flash play SC2 for a while, most of the big names probably won't I wouldn't be surprised if it's mostly B-teamers/ low A-teamers who play the SC2 sets right now because they can devote more time to SC2.

Unfortunately I am doing a seven mile assault course in the morning (why I have no idea) so I won't be able to watch this live

I'll be honest here: I'm not expecting much from the SC2 games.
The players on the PL teams have only been seriously practicing SC2 for a much shorter time than an average GSL player. I doubt the quality of the games are going to be anywhere near the average GSL quality.

I don't think anyone is under any illusion otherwise tbh.

So excited, even if it ends up that the SC2 games suck or the BW games suck. Will not miss at least the first match or two for the world.
