So far Lizzy's game was the best play, it's hard to say where exactly it fits because he had almost no pressure put on him early and he was able to macro relatively freely. It seems like he could compete to make Code A though - good reflexes, good execution of his build.
The other games have been sort of meh. JD clearly had the mechanics to play well but seemed like he had no idea how to hold against Protoss pressure and really bungled his roach usage. The PvP game (with Best, I think?) wasn't bad, but also wasn't anything special. Best did a great job harassing with the warp prism while moving his army across the map, but really it wasn't particularly high level. You could watch high masters level games and probably see the same thing. It's hard to gauge them compared to other SC2 players just because it's a tiny sample size, but so far the current GSL code S players could probably blow these guys out of the water easily - aside from maybe Lizzy (but I can't really judge him until I've seen him face a well-executed all in, which SC2 is full of).

If Barracks wins this... and Flash was registered to play 3rd... then he'll have to play BW next time, meaning there's another match delay before anyone gets to see him play SC2 lmao
unless he plays the ace match next game.
Right, but that's why kiett's given was that barracks wins; barracks winning would end this match
Mid-high Masters. Motive/Lizzy is confirmed Grand Master, and he's the only one who's really shown anything close to top GSL play. His play could be refined a bit - his macro slipped slightly, and he had a lack of proxy Pylons that would have made his offense better, but overall his play was very solid.
Thx for explanation. Anyway I wonder if ProLeague becomes more prestigious than GSL in the future. I think it's very likely that people will be drafted from GSL to ProLeague.
