It was perfect timing for a cheese. His coach has a great sense of this it seems.

That was a micro clinic! This That! ^ It was really amazing all the micro involved and such decision making Really? MVP cheesed and won a game with subpar micro. Squirtle did no better. You honestly can't say it was one of the better games you've seen. after 6 games, most of which were long macrogames, this nailbiting finish just was so intense... i was exhausted from watching, and the players must have been ten time fold so
I would say the only big macro games were games 4 and 5.

I think we have to wait at least another year or two before Bonjwa status can really be granted to anyone. Mvp is as close as it gets right now though.

Did you even watch the game? Yeah, he cheesed. It was still the best game of the series...>_> If proxy racks delivers the best games than BitByBit was the most exciting player in sc2 history. are you so stupid that you cant distinguish between that game and proxy raxs in general? It was a proxy 2 rax bunker push. The fact that it was well controlled does not change the fact that its a standard prox rax. If you take off the prisoner of the moment outlook and well the condesending attitude than you would agree that the build was proxy 2 rax bunker push. It cant possibly be the best game of the series or even a good one. A free throw in the regular season and a free throw in the last 10 seconds of the NBA finals are not the same. It's the same here. Pressure and the ability to perform under it is everything. ^ This. Fuck all detractors. A clutch Layup in NBA finals and a clutch jumper are 2 entirely different things.
Of course. But people don't say "lol he took a series winning layup instead of a jump shot therefore i don't respect this game".
Did you think that through before you posted?

If they sold Hot6 in Canada I would buy dozens of cans.

epic cheese to end an epic series lol

yay Mvp <3. atleast he shows more emotions

lol @ anyone calling the final game anticlimactic.
Not the greatest display of skill? Yeah, fair enough - MVP cheesed, Squirtle held and then messed up, MVP wins. But it was still damn exciting.

The best thing about all of this is that it continues to solidify (in my view) the claim that SC2 is a game of skill. Sure maybe you can't scout something and you lose to an all in. Sure maybe some newly devised strategy seems unfair and "impossible" to beat. Maybe people will call you someone that cheeses or has no skill and wins with luck, easy opponents, etc.
But the best is above that and wins despite what non-believers call flaws in the game/tournament setup. They just keep winning. And it gets harder and harder for people to call good players bad on what they clearly don't understand.
Congrats MVP, and good job.

MVP has been dominating for over a year and a half. It's certainly "close" now, It seems to be taboo to call any SC2 player a potential bonjwa. But let's be honest here, MVP is pretty much there. Four time GSL champion, consistently near 70% win rate, undisputed best SC2 player thus far. He is playing at that level and has been doing so for a long time now. This is not a flash in the pan thing or bandwagon of the week. MVP is legitimately godlike this cracks me up jaedong is not a bonjwa bro i wish you chobos had an inkling about sc1
