It was a proxy 2 rax bunker push. The fact that it was well controlled does not change the fact that its a standard prox rax. If you take off the prisoner of the moment outlook and well the condesending attitude than you would agree that the build was proxy 2 rax bunker push. It cant possibly be the best game of the series or even a good one.

Not the greatest display of skill? Yeah, fair enough - MVP cheesed, Squirtle held and then messed up, MVP wins. But it was still damn exciting.

The best thing about all of this is that it continues to solidify (in my view) the claim that SC2 is a game of skill. Sure maybe you can't scout something and you lose to an all in. Sure maybe some newly devised strategy seems unfair and "impossible" to beat. Maybe people will call you someone that cheeses or has no skill and wins with luck, easy opponents, etc.

But the best is above that and wins despite what non-believers call flaws in the game/tournament setup. They just keep winning. And it gets harder and harder for people to call good players bad on what they clearly don't understand.

Congrats MVP, and good job.
If we fear what we do not understand, then why is ignorance bliss?
