I feel for you Demuslim. It must suck devoting your career towards a race in a game when that race is at a huge disadvantage in a matchup. I don't know how Terran pros can do this for a living - because if it weren't for team salaries, you'd be starving as a Terran pro if you depended on tournament winnings.
Unfortunately, David Kim has done a really poor job in balancing SC2. The fix for this is to probably to make EMP more useful again but David Kim just nerfed EMP. As great of a game SC2 is, its one flaw is that its lead balancer - David Kim - has done a poor job 2 years after the game's release, not to mention the balance issues before the game's release.

I'm (obviously) talking about the current state of the game. What happened with different patches and different metagames is entirely irrelevant to consider current balance. The recent Code S seasons, on the other end, are THE most relevant data.
