wp by MMA, a shame both players seemed a bit off today, hopefully the next matchup doesn't reflect it as much.

MMA scouting rather more carefully than aLive, clearly scared of proxies. MMA builds his CC in his main, aLive does his at his nat.

Both going double gas.

8:40

Both players still scouting around dilligently with SCV's throughout the early game.

Both players building a reactor on their rax, while producing a factory. Both players follow with a starport and tech lab on factory. Everything is mirrored.

(Minor point, MMA spends a couple of cycle producing only 1 scv despite having his second CC done)

aLive almost gets a full scv scout but comes up just short of confirming the tech.

Both going banshees, aLive getting cloak. MMA's scan reveals aLIve's tech and he prepares with a raven.

11:30

aLive gets about 9 kills on his banshee despite the raven being out, including a mule. A second banshee comes in but only picks up 3 kills before a viking comes to support the raven and shut it down.

MMA once again transitioning into bionic play and aLive is setting up for mech.

Supply block for aLive means he can't spend money, he builds a third CC instead.

aLive with a decent worker lead.

MMA getting +1 weapons and a third CC himself.

17:00

MMA pushing out around the map with a small force and siege mode

HUGE DAMAGE from aLive at MMA's nat with blueflame harass, but he's not focused on them because he's dealing with a huge push at his natural!

MMA has full air control, aLive is in trouble despite being up on supply. I don't understand why he's not built a thor because it's the air control screwing him up.

aLive's production is under fire.

aLive finally takes control of the skies. MMA's got a bit marine/tank force outside his natural but with no air control it's hard for him to push any further.

MMA setting up for a hard contain with turrets.

aLive building a second starport, presumably for banshee production.

MMA building a fourth CC and finally taking his third.

Supplies very close.

20:30

aLive forcing the contain back, but MMA takes position at aLive's third to deny it from landing yet.

aLive finally gets a banshee out now and he's still got a huge mech army.

MMA dominating the map as you'd expect given his composition

aLive pushing out. Then move commands into MMA's army.

aLive loses a ton of forces on the retreat but does get a good siege defensively.

aLive getting a lot of economic damage done with a blueflame runby

aLive still not established a third base.

24:30

aLive finally taking his third but MMA has a decent siege position there once again.

aLive's banshees continue to be pretty effective at zoning out MMA and granting him position.

aLive secures the third, MMA repositions to the forward xel'naga tower.

MMA kills 3 tanks with one dropped marauder and one dropped marine

aLive once again loses position on his third base.

aLive off harassing wtih his landed vikings constantly which is kind of why MMA keeps having very succesful bio bombs.

MMA saves both his third and his fourth from the viking harass while aLive loses his third.

28:00

Drop in aLive's main gets cleaned up, drop at aLive's third doesn't get cleaned up for ages.

aLive finally goes to defend it but MMA beats him there and kills it + the small army left for aLIve.

aLive gg's, MMA wins 3-2.
