FormatThe Evil Geniuses Master’s Cup Series League will feature 12 teams in a round robin format with each team matchup containing at least four best of three games between two teams. The top four teams at the end of the season will advance to the playoffs on a two day live broadcast weekend.

Lets kick this shit up a bit, I think aTn will pull the upset with Socke and Delphi winning. Also curious to see how Cloud will fare versus Mana.

I'm going to say it goes to the Ace match with Socke/Darkforce winning for ATN.
In the ace match Thorzain takes it for Mouz.

Excited for Socke vs Thorzain. I think mouz will win it 3-1 or 3-2 though, with Darkforce taking a win for Alternate for sure. Gonna be a very close match overall I guess, all matchups are kinda close.

He overmade rax it seems, he ended up building less marauders than if he had built 2 tech labs on 2 rax and not building any marines. I don't understand that build at all, if it was fast mutas, the marines are still useless, the 2nd factory seemed pointless, etc. Hopefully Morrow plays better next game, he's normally pretty damn awesome.

EG MCSL never gets enough action in the LR thread. They deserve way more viewers given the quality of teams/casters, but even with the 2k+ viewers they have this thread is hardly moving.

I agree except on the quality of the stream. It lags a little on higher resolutions. I have to set it to 480 to get completely rid of the lag.

anybody know how bigs got the upper hand in that base trade? my only guess is that since darkforce didn't go for a straight up engagement his higher infestor count didn't come into play while he still had a large number roaches so Bigs higher roach count carried the day.

I think the main problem was that the main army of Darkforce did not do anything for some time.
Was a little too much for Darkforce to defend his bases and control his attacking units.
Bigs nicely split up all his attacking units and killed all mining bases of DF at the same time while his own 4th was saved with spines.
If both armys had clashed straight up DF should have won I think.

these guys have no idea how hard it is to defend this allin even if you knwo it.
1 bunker on the highground? LoL, i simply blinkmicro from the lowground.
where to put your army as terran? on the ramp? well, i go into your main mineralline on shakuras and go back. i did my dmg for later.
until the terran has medivacs and stimp, the protoss should NEVER lose any stalker with this allin and kill a bunch of units and workers.
the only way to defend it (unless you did so much dmg cause manas timing was horrible - blink should be done at 7:15, not 7:50...) is to lift your CC into the main, try to never fight the blinkstalkers cause a good toss will only kill and not lose any and w8 for stimp and medivacs to come.
i liked the cast today, but they clearly didnt see this build enough^^ im not saying its a great build, but its pretty hard to defend after a 1 rax CC and even after a 2 rax pressure into CC if mana wouldnt have failed so early on.
while i write this, mana wins the game... see?^^ obviously cloud played terrible after that great opening, on the other hand, he shouldnt have killed so much stuff with this build

I'm also kinda suprised how they underrated one base blink stalker with observer as I've seen many Terran pro's rage about it.
Regardless that game was kind of entertaining with the amount of fail it contained.

The games were in his favor, but not nearly as clear as the commentators said.
Still hard to watch these team leagues if you're a fan of Alternate, such disappointing performances every time. Hope they get their act together soon and start getting better results.

Dexington, the same goes for all the countries. I am far from being over sensitive about my own.
If anything the fact someone is joking about my or any other country is not a problem at all - I laugh at it all the time. What is really offending though is the ignorance shown when someone displays disregard to the place you're from by knowing nothing about it and still trying to be amusing.
Slivanel - nothing bad at all - From a myriad of fast facts about Poland I wouldn't start by saying that we were a part of Russia (as we were a part of Germany and Austria the same way, although it was almost 100 years ago, and not recently...) and have great oranges (if he'd stopped at the second one I would find it amusing, because it would be clear he was joking...).
I've made the comment because you would find plenty of people in Poland who wouldn't be happy about the part on Russia - I've made the comment to show that saying things like that can be insensitive for others if you don't know what are you joking about. For me it's just a history - no drama intended.

Yeah I went on to say Poland was a austalian country and that it was an island outside of italy. He has grounds to be really upset.
OR
