Neurosis has just been promoted to playing gold for his team because he was caught cheating and slapped on the wrist. He admitted to this and looking at his replays you can easily tell he did not play at a bronze level.

I would like to think that the people he sufficiently smashed unfairly due to his actual level of skill would be pretty pissed off. I would like to think that they earned those points undeservingly. So, caught as a smurf then has the balls to BM like hell in the CTL channel. Not just him but void as well? Also when obs'ing ravens game. I'm all for tash talk.. IN YOUR OWN CHANNEL. I'm not upset about who wins or loses but who is saying what to my players and in what manner. So if this is all fun and acceptable? Ok, I'm damn sure you don't want me and my team filling up the thread with the other way around. There is fun acceptable trash talk and there is fuckbag trolling trash talk. That shit needs to be kept in your own personal channels. Speaking of BM, we also had scheduling problems and BM dancing round the bush with Adapt and scheduling his match. Leave has actively gave him and Zefreak his availability and not only has Adapt not shown up but has BM and trash talked Leave. He has screenshots of it. So, I demand, and i believe the people who played and lost to the smurf Neurosis, to be kicked out. As an example if anything.
I would also like to say I really appreciate MoreVocals and Zefreak and how kind they are. Its not their fault that they have immature assholes on their team. Don't let what a few fucking idiots do tarnish what they have created hard to achieve, very good games guys. But on the other hand, I think, Admins, that something needs to be done especially with neurosis. There are plenty of other players that I'm sure would love to get play time, instead of saving spots for some douche who will embarrass his team any further.

I just want to add that we should be a bit cautious about the smurfing stuff. I don't know anything about the play of LeeDawg / Neurosis, so I'll use myself as an example.
Somehow I recently got promoted to Platinum on NA, yet I signed up for this league as a Silver. Naturally you might think I am therefore a smurf, and also a pretty stupid one by getting promoted.
However at the time I signed up I had pretty much only played on SEA, and was ranked Silver there. In fact I still am. Plus I have lost every practice match against the Golds in my team. And while I have won my matches against Silvers pretty easily, maybe if they had used different strats I may not have.
As some of us are motivated by the CTL we will practise more, and that also may cause skill disparities.
It's statistically probable there are one or more smurfs in this league, but it can be hard to tell for sure.

Neurosis has gone 37 and 4 in his current 1v1 ladder history, with three of those losses coming from cheese. We're monitoring the potential smurf situation closely, but this bad manner is not going to be tolerated. LeeDawg/Neurosis, you insult Hazardous (who has done so much for us setting up casting and getting the CTL out there) one more time, and you're suspended.
Excessive BM is not to be tolerated. Anyone who crosses that line will be suspended. End of discussion.

I did just a quick search around some of Neurosis posts in other threads, and he is obviously not bronze (unless his "friend" also gave him his TL account? That would be just weird). He complains in strategy threads that these are thing everyone knows "above silver and gold", he talks about his one "bronze account" where he throws dice to decide the strategy and still wins, and he even has the time to correct a Master Terran who is giving an advice.
I cant, for the life of me, understant who would want to smurf in a low level league.

Hardly an investigation, I just surfed trough his posts. I haven`t been around at the channel at the times all those things happened, and its kinda hard to follow this mess in the thread... I didn`t know he had confessed being a smurf to the admins (there a recent post by someone from his team stating that thay have no smurfs), so if thats the case everything is settled, and just forget my post.
Anyway, it doesn`t look like he went through a lot of trouble to hide the fact he is not bronze.

To reiterate what I've said earlier, I'll directly paste in here our rule number 8:
Everyone is in the league to have fun. As such, player harrassment will not be tolerated. If a player is being harrassed by another player, he should report that matter to the management while providing some evidence to his claims (screenshots, replays, etc). We'll look into it, and depending on how serious the matter is, the harrassing player can go from a warning, a suspension in a specific number of upcoming matches, or being expelled from the league. Please understand that any kind of serious, malicious bad manner will not be tolerated. Stuff like repeated slurs, spam messaging your opponent, direct physical threats, excessively messaging your opponent both in and out of the game or abusing the pause feature will be punished in the ways aforementioned. However, friendly BM such as manner mules/nexus/etc are perfectly fine.
We are dead serious in complying to this rule. If any of us five admins hear any more stories of harassment, there will be suspensions. This is a league for players to have fun. If any player is getting in the way of other people's fun, that player is no longer welcome in the league.
