1. This is the last qualifier that has a cash payout until the Grand Finals
2. This is on a Sunday, not a Saturday like normal.

Every other day and weekend has weddings or finals or children's school events that would throw a wrench in production. Do remember, the top 3 points after this tourney get auto entry into finals.

It's looking like June 16 & 17 is the only weekend available for the Microsoft NERD center. I'm trying to get on a phone call with them during the day so I can nail down what is ok: # of live people, drinks, food, audience, etc

Just confirmed the above statement this afternoon!!!!
We have the NERD center in Cambridge, MA for 2 days and access to a 120 person viewing area with projector.
Oh yeah, we have 4 signups for the 4th qual

Just got done helping Boston Barcraft out for next event. And guess what... they will be there for the finals in July!!! We have 5 signups so far for this event and at that rate... 40% of them will make it to the finals. How bout we slim their odds down a little bit?

Finals are June 17th with the last chance on June 16th. Those were the only dates available for the NERD center. And we have a cash bar for the 17th.
July is when the semi-pro league takes off.

I didn't register for this one, but I'm planning to in the future! Need to work on my Z strats for 1v1, team-game strats don't apply/translate so well :-\.

There are 13 people currently registered and like I said, tomorrow morning is the cutoff. So it looks like some people are going to have MUCH better odds at qualifying now!

Registration is now closed and we have a total of 15 players for this last qualifier. 1 less than I would like, but that just means someone is getting a first round bye!

It's not full, but it is closed. Don't worry though, we have a big live event in June at the Microsoft NERD center in Cambridge, MA. That is the very last chance to get in for the finals the day after.

Saturday June 16th open bracket(32) double elim tournament. $15 entry at the NERD center. top 5 qualiffy, but no prizes. SUnday is the finals for the whole season. Cash prize and e-sports fame. If you compete in day 1, you get in free day 2, even if you dont qual. $5 to watch, door prizes a plenty
I'll have a flier out after the finals is over and we will post it everywhere. So look out for that.
