Just cant understand why they dont just follow one of the caster's cams.

I have had 0 stream issues, and there has been, more, equally as important games all of which were very high quality with 0 lag. From my point of view this tourney has been great. You having 0 stream issues are irrelevant since a lot of people do have problems. Your lack of problems doesn't negate the ones that exist. Also even if you disregard the complete mess that are their stream player, I can't understand how you have avoided noticing the sound problems. Stream 2 have been bad all weekend and that's not something that varies for different people.

That was a ridiculous amount of mining time lost, GanZi is still ahead unless these lings in the main kill some scvs

That is a huge problem. And you have had stream issues as their audio has been fucked up all weekend. If you haven't noticed it, you have to be deaf.
i said nothing about sound, and no i have not had ANY lag, or ANY blackscreens.... And not streaming the right games is a problem, but theyve shown how many other free, important games this weekend? Theyre showing jjaki/MMA which is a deciding series, but that doesnt count as important? Plus id Assume theyre following a schedule based on group seeds and it just turned out this way, while not ideal is at least understandable.

From my point of view this tourney has been great. Moral of the story MLG has set a very high bar with the number of simultaneous streams they are now running at their tournaments. IPL can't really compete with that, but overall there have been a lot of good games and nothing to be too upset with (although the IdrA Jakji audio issues were pretty embarrassing and will be burned into that recording forever). IPL is free though, so unless you wanted to pay $15 this weekend for three more streams, I think we should all be pleased with the awesomeness of the tournament and stay happily optimistic about championship Sunday! We just watched an MLG for free though too.
NAH, weren't half the MLG streams payperview during the event?

I mean I could be wrong, but if you had no stream problem, can you be so nice to tell us how exactly MC won against Squirtle in their 2nd game?
And for the games, the fact that they're showing Nestea vs Ganzi, when only seeding is on the line, over MKP vs Curiours which determines who advances; or how they didn't show Stephano when everyone wanted to see that.
The Observing is only good cuz they're borrowing GSL's observer (STLegend)
Let's not forget those awkward stage performance, and sound fails (random girl voices popping up for whole 5min DURING a match; caster's mic on during commercials, 2nd stream mic not working the whole day, etc)
You can try as hard as you want to pretend this tourney is good, but it doesn't change the fact that it's really really poorly executed in terms of production.

Either Jjakji or MMA to go down, sigh. Jjakji certainly hasn't got an easy event: won the qualifier, got stranded in Japan, blazed through hard open bracket, end up in group with 3 good korean Terrans + Idra.

wait, is it A vs D / B vs C or A vs B / C vs D? I see a potential classic Stephano/Polt RO8

Tried watching this, but the stream keeps resetting and fucking up.

Is today the last day of IPL? lol

Wow, MKP went 8-4. Very impressive that he topped the group, but that's pretty scrappy, and doesn't bode too well for the next round.

Well, usually it is A1 vs. D2, B1 vs. C2 and so on, but they might just do a random drawing. If it's paired by groups, like a lot of tournaments, it would be: Nestea vs. MKP/Jjakji Polt vs. Stephano Bomber vs. Alive MarineKing vs. Squirtle But it might just be random drawings.
Oh lawd, Polt vs Stephano AGAIN if your predictions go your way.
