Because 15 Barracks about to pop out units and 6 vikings to snipe that warp prism means it wasn't 100% won for Parting. IMO you can't call a game unless it was a guarantee'd win for that player.
Of course Parting pretty much had it won, but was not 100% so I agree with the regame.

Obviously it will. I want Prime to win, but I'd rather that Parting won the regame and Ghostking and Creator go on to close it out. If MKP wins the regame it won't matter what the score is, the legitimacy of the win will always be called into question.

Warp prism was already there and would have warped in, those units would have killed the spawning units immediately.

The zealots could have been building blocked as they attempt to get into MarineKing's base while he made a few rounds of units. It was certainly a disadvantageous position, but it wasn't 100% over by any means.
