I'm sad that it won't be MVP vs Prime in the finals. That would have been sick. It was weird that both DRG and Genius dropped the ball.

I think Prime are the heavy favorites now.

In GSL, being the favourite is usually inversely proportional to winning.

Ahhh finally unbanned. Why do people think Choya ruined the match for FXO. Unless you only believe in Artosis hype Oz(well he is good) is not really that outstanding vs Terran lately. I have to agree with Wolf on that, the turning point was when Byun came out, he is just that good and would have beaten OZ too IMO.

Oz would have been good as a vP Sniper but well, we all saw what happened. I feel bad for Choya, as he has beaten Byun and some really great Ts lately and he probably thought he had a better chance against Byun.Although as soon as Byun won I saw little hopes for FXO. MKP could take on Leenock and Oz. Byun still had a good chance to beat Oz.

Well, I am glad that Prime made it, last time they really had a scrappy way to the finals but this time they looked so good.

Tassadar, easily. They sent him before as ace against Prime and got crushed. They had Sage and San still left. Choya had actually done well in the GSTL while Tassadar was like 0-2 all-time.

yes. i voted for Tassadar as well. people are just voting for choya more because it just happened. if the choya thing had happened last week and the tassadar thing this week tassadar would win

Meh.... I disliked TheWind's decision to use JookTo against Lucky most. I WANTED TO SEE ZENIO!!!

Zenio: 70 % against Zerg
JookTo: 38 % against Zerg

better use JookTo!

why...

Zenio was at IEM World Championship at the time.

No he wasn't. IEM WC was March 6-10 and the match FXO vs. oGsTL was on March, 23.

umm... lets throw this out there... Play Oz earlier instead of ASD or Gumiho, don't play Choya at all and ensure that your best players are all used.

Yea agreed, asd played absolutely horribly, E.G. running large groups of marines towards banelings. Oz is definitely the better play than asd.

Choya was keeping OZ for creator I think, so he couldn't throw him that early.
And people forget that Choya took out ryung and MMA. He's not godly but it's not like sending himself was sth stupid.
I would even say that's it's cool to see a team with a high level coach that can play in GSTL (cella could come close, but he didn't qualified for code A)

Prime was the better team on the day. In team leagues its more than just "this guy is better". Its about eliminating maps, preparing for the next player, or the player after that. Prime deserve the win and the vegas trip. And they are going to play some kick ass games vs ST in vegas. I am excited to see them.

I also am looking forward to the 7 players per team in the open bracket. This is going to be huge!

edit: oh, and I am glad to acknowledge that Fionn's curse is becoming weaker..

IM has a shot imo. MKP has yet to prove himself against his bane MVP.

As many have said they were probably saving Oz as an anti vP specialist. And anyways, I was not arguing that Choya made all the right decisions. I was only arguing that sending himself to play against GhostKing was not really such a terrible idea as many people are making it seem

It's crazy how Prime went from being this also ran team on the decline to basically the best team in the world in about a 3 month period.

MVP is his current state probably wouldn't beat MKP, and I think Creator is a pretty easy sniper of MVP.

Well... its possible to name a line up from almost any team that can at least have a chance of stopping that team.

IM - Nestea, MVP, Horror, Yoda, YongHwa
MVP - DRG, Genius, SC, Monster, Keen
oGsTL - Supernova, StC, HerO, Zenio, ForGG
We could go on lol. They're strong but no unbeatable.

But for the team that matters i.e. ST, a line up that could beat that would be something like
July, Parting, Bomber, Curious, Sound

The only trump card Prime has over most teams is that MKP is super hot at the moment.
