Mech isn't the answer, it just gets steamrolled harder see Leenock vs MVP at MLG Providence. Kill them in the mid game may or may not work, it depends a lot on both how the zerg and the terran handle it.

Pure mech doesn't work either. You need unit from whole three production facilities as well as Ghosts/Ravens lol. And unit switch after BL/Infestor kills you most of the time. But you are right about mid game part ![]()

According to idra turtling mech beats it. But I have no idea what he is talking about. Is he talking about thor/viking. Only thors? Viking/ravens ? Anyway. I think with perfect emp + viking control you have a decent chance in a straight up battle. However the problem is that getting perfect emps off every time is close to impossible, and even if you get those perfect emps off, its not like you just crush the zerg (but at leasts it gives a theoretical solution).

Polt uses thors, vikings and doom drops to beat broodlord infestor.

Requires a lot of multitasking and good splitting of Vikings + lots of them.

Ghost nerf means that such thing exists: somewhere, David Kim has a smurf account with a 100% winrate.

It doesn't make sense, probably he is not practicing enough.
