Even if they split the prize money there is no reason to stage matches.

You need a really good wall-off, and it's not easy to do given how open the 3rd is. he was up 2 times the army advantage, this negates any map disadvantage and he can expand anywhere

Yeah I keep looking back at MVP v TOP and game 1 as GSL's first taste of a great final, but then it descended into standard one sided-ness which made me sad (TOP fan)

You guys should thank Genius for doing a bunch of interesting builds instead of the same 2 base timings at every other Protoss player does.

The ending was epic, same as MMA vs DRG. Like MMA vs DRG, most of the games were pretty one-sided.

One of the best if not the best tvz i ever seen. http://www.gomtv.net/2011gslsponsors7/vod/66643 NOOOO. Thorzain vs DRG DH Valencia, sure Thorzain isn't on MVP's level, but neither player choked horribly, and Thorzain played the series of his life.

That series had almost no mistakes, just both players deflecting each other trying to take small advantages towards the late game. Jjakji played so amazing, sure it may not be mmaesque drops but the macro and strategy was beautiful.
