Apparently some people are dumb enough to STILL be asking for it, so let's make things clear:

Do NOT ask for re-streams, and do NOT post re-streams.

Do not come here and muddle the thread by bitching about PPV.

Why does it feel like almost all of Huk's tournament successes are based heavily on the semi coinflip that is PvP. His bracket is like the ultimate bracket for him, gift from heaven.

anyone else seeing the parallels to MLG Orlando here? Huk PvP'ing his way early and then facing MKP to start the last day.

MKP when at top of his game can beat DRG and Huk, so he can still win this. I´ll be cheering for him tomorrow

MKP can totally rape Huk but can never see him beating DRG in a best of 7...

He did beat DRG in a BO7 in the first GSL AOL. It's very possible with the way MKP is playing recently.

You're not kidding. He faced one korean, and it was in PvP. Huk has definitely had a lucky path so far, tomorrow will be the real test.

Idra had a pretty good MLG Orlando though...

Yeah...I don't want to say this but Huk always avoids Koreans and when he does face Koreans, it's very likely a pvp =.=

Stephano.

Stephano lost 4-1 to a korean earlier today.
After 2-0'ing and 3-0'ing two top Koreans as well, and most of these 5 games were very close as the winner admitted himself and praised Stephano very highly.

Anyway, DRG said earlier today that right now there's no difference between top foreigners and Koreans and that's quite true.

he's being nice

Have you noticed that most top foreigners are like Koreans are better whereas the Koreans are like, foreigners are just as good?

I call that GM. =]

Even Idra has said Koreans are just better, what do these people expect DRG to say?

"We're just way better than the rest, they'll never catch up"?

of course he'll be as you said GM about it

There's a lot of cheese specifically against Naniwa because he does recklessly greedy openers.

who is agreeing with meeeeeee?

I'd rather have Naniwa. He is 1-1 in series with DRG, 3-0 vs Nestea and 1-2 with Leenock.

Huk has only played one Korean this tournament, I'd like to see his performance tomorrow to see if he deserves it.

Isn't he 1-3 against DRG?

He beat DRG at Providence and lost here, I don't know the map score.

They've played a series since, can't actually remember where now. Between Blizzard cup and Providence. DRG won that.

God damn it.

he is guaranteed top 3 though. not bad.

I'd feel a lot better about it if his run wasn't all foreigners until Oz. Super similar to his MLG win where he was seeded way in, skipping a lot of the really hard Koreans.

it's not similar to his MLG win
he was in a group w/ MC, July, Hero
and in the brackets he beat MKP, StC, and then MC in the finals

this is so far my second favourite tournament in sc2 history right after homestory cup 4. all these funny, amazing dramatic things that happened today. i also think the casters are much better when they dont have to entertain a live audience and scream every to seconds "make some noice for player a if you want him to win..." (im looking at you day9). GOGO MKP

Actually, 6 pool isn't really cheesy in the sense that theyre expecting the protosses theyre playing against to forge fast expand which basically just resets the game to the normal 2 zerg base vs 1 protoss base in the early game. Its never really a kill move. Hope that helps!

It's mostly cheese against guys that are super greedy (Naniwa, Ret, maybe Idra)
¯\_(シ)_/¯

Agreed. HuK had a pretty lucky bracket, he didn't have to face DRG or MKP, that would have sent him to the losers bracket for sure I still don't think he has what it takes to take out those two.
Don't let those anti-cheese advocates tell you what to do. Rush to meet life head on!
