Apparently some people are dumb enough to STILL be asking for it, so let's make things clear:

Do NOT ask for re-streams, and do NOT post re-streams.

Do not come here and muddle the thread by bitching about PPV.

He lost in the winners bracket

Basically Parting is up one game against DRG in a BO7. GOGO PARTING, for the king of marines to take his crown

This tournament kicks ass man. I love the studio atmosphere, the production. Sure there are some bugs, but they'll smooth them out eventually. 10/10 so far.
Remember not only to say the right thing in the right place, but far more difficult still, to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment.

who is agreeing with meeeeeee?

I'd rather have Naniwa. He is 1-1 in series with DRG, 3-0 vs Nestea and 1-2 with Leenock.

Huk has only played one Korean this tournament, I'd like to see his performance tomorrow to see if he deserves it.

Isn't he 1-3 against DRG?

He beat DRG at Providence and lost here, I don't know the map score.

lmao, what a weird bunch of people you guys are. naniwa gets cheesed again and again by three different zergs because they fear his mid/late game, and you still call HIM the lame one. what the actual fuck

Naniwa cheeses every game too, if I fast quadriple expand before gateway, I would be really strong mid-late game too no joke.

Exactly lol. Nexus first is cheese, and early agression beats that. It's not about fearing "Naniwa's late game", it's about not letting the Protoss get a huge economic advantage.

Nexus first isn't cheese, but Naniwa often does it blind and also doesn't take enough measures to scout and be safe.

What a hilarious, bonkers day; so much fun to watch. I'm going to cry if MKP takes another 2nd place, though.

extended series, they already played eachother so its now a BO5 with DRG starting from behind i think

Actually turns into a Bo7. DRG has to win 3 games before Parting wins 2.
The time you enjoyed wasting was not wasted time.

He lost to DRG in an earlier MLG and then Dreamhack as well.

It's 1-3 in series in DRG's favor.

EDIT: Also 3-1 against Nestea (Blizzcon) and 1-1 against Leenock (Bo1 is not a series)

Also, does this tournament have a lot more cheese than usual because of the relaxed, HomeStory-like atmosphere or are these legitimate strats in their play when going against such tough competition? Is that just me?

(editorial remark: I don't mind cheese at all. But if you told me a week ago that Nestea, Leenock, and DRG would 6-10 pool in the same day, I would have called you crazy)

This tournament man. What an unreal day.
I root for Euro Zergs, NA Protoss* and Korean Terrans. (Any North American who has beat a Korean Pro as Protoss counts as NA Toss)

Yes but they've played more series than tht. DRG beat Nani at a previous MLG then he beat Naniwa at Dreamhack, the one tht was just after Providence.
