The one thing I dislike from the IEM is that despite having a global tournament, despite the effort of the casters, it still feels as if this is a mainly German production with the non-German side added on as an afterthought. The end result is that it tends to feel a bit less professional, something that the IEM should not have anymore in my opinion after running so many events. | ||

My guess is that Supernova may not have been sickly affected by the jetlag, but it got him for sure. But I was rooting for viOlet anyway. :D | ||

I enjoyed it very much, Rotti and Bitter are always great, they are an odd couple as they are both analytical casters but when they work together the jokes just flow. The Blizzard guy (forget his name sorry) was also really great, a funny and insightful man. Games were good overall, didnt see one where i was disapointed, which is always great for someone who cant catch every series. Violet winning after his recent signing to one of my favourite teams Empire was just the icing on the cake. The Brazillian crowd was excellent too which shows eSports is truly worldwide and events can take place almost anywhere! | ||

Those recap videos were excellent at Sao Paolo. Looks like they noticed the huge positive feedback that this kind of videos had at HSC 4 and are using it more for IEM as well. | ||
