It's really unlikely that he does not make a splash in the future. Bad decision making lost the series. This isn't the first time IdrA has done this- I'm equally confident his hype and fanbase will be generally not effected. But nowadays he ONLY does that.

I will not be surprised if EG will fire him soon. He was the same 6 months ago but at that time so many people still loved him. Now its has really backfired. He can not even win a single game any longer and his psyke is the worst I have even seen. Attack him and he goes on tilt.

But I have to say, Alive calling the 6 pool was incredible. And hilarious. And shows how little respect koreans have for idra.

The games sucked, but the drama is top-notch. I feel like NASL got their money's worth.

Idra just acts as a greedy kid. He made quite a bunch of mistakes (queens placement, lining up zerglings and drones) in game 2 that are not acceptable at this skill level. Games 3 & 4 were just shit. I think he'll really need to learn how to handle cheese, because if I had to face Idra in a tournament, I'd 100% cheese after having seen how he reacts. And I bet some players will do exactly that. Exploit the opponent's weakness which in this case is his tendency to rage.

I've never been much of a nani fan, the personality bit just wasn't up my alley. I tend to like sheth/hero type players. That said, I'm behind that 100%

These showmatches take time to plan, schedule, cast, and prepare for the show. It's not like we can just call out 2 players in our stable and cast another series because IdrA vs aLive were bad games. They played their series, and that's what we had to work with, and unfortunately, the series was really lackluster (unless you enjoy the rage and comedy aspect of it). We hope that the players we invite for our matches will put forth their best effort each game, but this clearly isn't the case. As a result, IdrA has forfeited his $100 consolation prize and we may reconsider inviting him to special events in the future.

But great news Xeris. Hit him at the only place he cares about - his wallet.

Yeah, given idrA's general dislike of roaches in TvZ, I wish he'd at least improve his building placement / sim city to mitigate helion damage. Watching Leenock/DRG's building/Queen placement against helion pressure is awesome. Unfortunately I don't get any of that from IdrA.

I think it's important to emphasize that six pool timing hit perfectly on crossfire, and was a good metagame decision. Unfortunately the execution was pretty poor from IdrA. I don't expect better from IdrA, and I don't know why anyone else does. He rarely (if not never) plays out 3-0 or 2-0 deficits.

It's only $100 so Idra won't care, but at least it's something and the only thing you can really do to punish Idra.
