How did he outplay MMA early-mid game? By pulling probes to kill 2 marauders? Any decent protoss would of done that when 2 mauraders are at your door and you have no sentries

No, microing stalkers against marines/SCVs which are slower and take about 25 shots to kill a stalker when the marine count is about equal is no different than stutter stepping.

And I suppose I am good at the game (high masters on NA, had a high enough MMR to play against a 900+ KR on my trial account and win before time ran out), maybe not at the level of these Koreans Code S players, but that kind of micro wasn't "OMG AMAZING".

No, it's because I'm good that I recognize that game was won strictly on builds. Even if I'm 'far inferior' to Code S players, it's been proven that 'High master NA' players can take games off Code S Koreans (cough gowser vs Polt 2-1). For the record I did beat MVPTails on ladder at least, so what about you?

The micro was not as amazing as people make it seem like. He was stutter stepping and running them back when they were hurt, I realize you lower league players can't handle things like that even though the units take 20+ hits to kill but stop making it seem mind-blowing and amazing. 3 Marines vs 2 Stalkers is nothing crazy, even with 6 SCVs considering Stalkers are faster.

Since you're so gosu, go take Oz's place right now and play for him. It's not like he was only worrying about microing at that point lol.

It was just stalkers out microing those units that they always outmicro.

I saw masters league streamers do comparable micro to that. Just becuase it looked cool doesn't mean it was really hard to do necessarily.

I'm not saying it was ridiculously great micro lol plenty of masters and GMs can do that kind of stuff. I just think until you're the one in the booth playing for a bigass prize against the best players in the world, you shouldn't compare yourself to them. my 2 cents.

The comparison wasn't for ego, it was to illustrate how a player like himself, who is not a professional by any stretch of the imagination can, and often will pull off similar micro to what was shown there..

It's not like he was boasting that his micro is better than Oz's.
