Because Choya still did enormous damage to Crank's economy. Had that last battle gone some other way, it would have been Choya's game 100%. Well, don't think he could have held even if the Colussus went down... It would have been closer but Crank had a much bigger army. | ||

He probably thought that Crank would only make one observer (which he did) and that there would be DTs in the base before the first observer would scout the dark shrine, which kind of happened.
