As protoss you need to do more then 1A + storm. You need to control your zealots(don't clump them set up concaves), blink stalkers and focus fire vikings, guardian shield + forcefield, drop from warp prism and storm with templars hotkeyed in the warp prism, and then storm using templars in your army. Target fire major clumps in the terran bio-ball.

Terran needs to cloak EMP/snipe, target down warp prisms FIRST with vikings, then collosi, kite zealots split and dodge storms.

I would say they both require the same amount of skill at the highest level.
