If there i an agreement from both players, they will play it on EU or KR. So at least they have that. But NA is always the middleground server when dealing with the three different server, so it makes sense. Instead of having one person at an extreme disadvantage, it's more rounded out. It wont be casted live, the replays will be cast by IGN at a later date I believe. (I think last time it was a week or two after)

Why do that? IPL knows that people want to know the results the day of the tournament. If it's like all their other Playhem tournaments the bracket will be updated for those who are following it.
Very impressive ~200 person signup for the first qualifier. Hope that some real good matches come out of this.

I don't understand why IGN couldn't find two people to cast this, even if it ended up being a bit chaotic with hoping in and out of games it would still be better than watching a bunch of reps, oh well, opportunity missed
